Instructions to Owner & Tenant

Sub: Permission from the Society to sub-let the Flat given on Leave & Licence basis or Care-taker basis :

Sir,
        You have not taken written permission from the society to sub- let  your flat  on leave & licencee basis or care -taker basis   according to the bye-law No.43(2)(i) of Co.Op.Soc.Act 1960.
        
       Therefore you are requested to submit agreement copy of Leave & Licencee/Care-taker of the tenant/care-taker to this office by 15th January 2012 from the date of issue of this notice and co-operate with the society to run for its smooth function.

         According to the circular issued by Police Commissioner of Pune, you are requested to inform the details of your tenant/care-taker to the police station.

          On failure of the submission of above said documents tenant will be treated as a trespasser and the society may take action accordingly against tenant/care-taker.

          Non compliance of above will attract a penalty of Rs. 1000 /- per month till the default continues, which will be recovered from you as decided by AGM held on 13/11/2011.
