Society Charges
Society collect additional maintenance charges & sinking fund as per standard bye laws for Co-op housing society, provided by state govt. of Maharashtra for time to time.
Since handing over of society in 2011, society collected additional maintenance charges plus sinking fund as tabulated below for the years as per resolutions passed in AGM‘s for the respective year. (For last five years)

For non-payment of these charges by the due dates interest at the rate of 21% P.A. will be levied. Amount for interest per day given in the table above for ready reference charges to be paid by cheque only in the name TIRUPATI CAMPUS PHASE – II CO-OP. HOUSING SOCIETY LTD

Society Accounts
Details may be made available to the members as request.
1) Members will have to pay all dues towards society.
2) Members will have to pay necessary charges to obtained the required information.
NOC
To obtain any information/certificate from the society, member will have to pay all dues towards society.
No information/certificate will be provided until the dues towards society are paid fully.
List of document to be submitted by the member to obtain certificate from the society
a) No dues and NOC from the builder (to resell the flat).
b) No dues and NOC from the bank, who has given the loan towards the said flat (to resell the flat).
c) Appendix -29 :- to give the flat as leave & license basis.
The society will issue NOC in its standard format to the proposed bank.
The society will issue Bonafide certificate in its standard format.
