SHARE CERTIFICATES
This is to inform to all the members that the process of issuing the share certificates is in progres, for the same the members are requested to :
1. Pay all your dues towards society to be eligible to be shareholder of the society.
2. List of documents to be submitted.
a) Appendix 3 (single copy) to be printed back to back on green ledger paper.
b) Appendix 14 (two copies) to be printed back to back on green ledger paper.
c) APPENDIX 4 (Undertaking) – to be furnished on Rupees 100/- non judicial stamp paper.
3. At the time of submission above document charges Rupees 600/- shall be paid vide cheque in the name of TIRUPATI CAMPUS PHASE – II CO-OP. HOUSING SOCIETY LTD.
4. Download PDF of 20-1, 20-2, 21 and 23 above and get printed as instructed above.

6. All these papers should be kept filed neatly in a file cover.Loose papers will not be accepted.
7. If all the documents are found in order share certificates will be issued within 15 days from receipt of the documents from members, provided the members has paid all the dues to the Society.
